The Davidson Fellows Scholarship award $100,000, $50,000 and $25,000 scholarships to gifted and high-achieving students, 18 years old or under, who have completed a significant piece of work.
Literature contributions to society made by past Davidson Fellows include:
1) Creating a portfolio that takes an interdisciplinary approach to answer three main questions: What causes atrocities to occur? What can prevent these atrocities from occurring in the future? How do we remember genocide?
2) Creating a portfolio of writing portraying positive depictions of young people of marginalized identities based off racial, gender, and cultural markers.
3) Creating a literary portfolio exploring storytelling to preserve identity of family history.
